If I could just control my eating, I might be thin. I seem to be able to eat and eat and eat....I am far from a healthy eater and love sweets and junk food too much.
On the exercise part of dieting, I am doing well. I walk like 3 times a week with a friend and do the treadmill about 2-3 times a week as well. Plus I am at home with Andrew so he keeps me BUSY!!!
Right now my weight is 188...crept back up a few pounds....would love to be 185 by Thanksgiving and 175 by Christmas.
